Essential guidelines for working with FireWerks Studio
Our Terms of Service outlines our client agreement, setting clear guidelines for deliverables, payments, and intellectual property rights. This protects both parties and prevents misunderstandings in creative projects.
Service Scope
FireWerks helps founders, consultants, SMEs, and sales teams turn valuable offers into the decks, videos, landing pages, scripts, proof assets, and campaign material buyers need before they can say yes. We clarify the offer, shape the sales story, build the proof, design the assets, and help the business communicate with more confidence, credibility, and commercial force. Project specifics are defined in individual agreements.
Project Terms
All projects require a signed agreement, 50% upfront deposit, and clearly defined deliverables. Changes to scope require written approval and may affect pricing.
Intellectual Property
Clients retain ownership of their original materials and final deliverables upon full payment. FireWerks Studio retains rights to unused concepts and portfolio usage unless otherwise agreed.
Payment Structure
Project fees are outlined in individual agreements. Final payment is due before file delivery. Additional costs for third-party services, rush fees, or scope changes will be billed separately.
Timeline & Communication
Project timelines are established in agreements. Response time during business hours is within 24 hours. Delays due to client feedback may affect project milestones and deadlines.
Confidentiality
We maintain strict confidentiality of client information and implement appropriate data security measures. NDAs are available upon request.
Termination Rights
Either party may terminate with written notice. Payment is required for the work produced / created up until the moment of cancellation. We would appreciate 30 days notice for intention to terminate the contract, but do accept that unforseen circumstances can impact our agreement and do not charge penalty or cancellation fees.
Liability
Services are provided "as is" with no guarantee of specific results. Liability is limited to project fees paid. We operate under South African law and observe international best practices, codes of conduct and ethics, and international copyright laws.
